Support Local Combat Veterans – at the Cooleemee-Mocksville Memorial VFW Post 1119 Annual All You Can Eat Breakfast!

On Saturday, April 20th, from 7-11 AM, The Cooleemee- Mocksville VFW will host a Breakfast. The All-You-Can-Eat breakfast will include ham, sausage, eggs, grits and gravy, biscuits, coffee and juice for just $7 per adult and $3.50 for kids 10 and under. The Cooleemee Mocksville Memorial VFW is located at 7722 Highway 801 South in Cooleemee.

Wayne Seamon, VFW Post 1119 commander since 2001, challenges everyone to “be a partner in patriotism and to come on out, enjoy a great meal and a time of fellowship.  Bring the kids to meet some local combat vets, and support all of our local veterans.”

Folks from Cooleemee-Mocksville VFW Post 1119 make regular visits to the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Salisbury to host bingo tournaments, distribute toiletries, reading materials and more to local veterans.

The VFW is America’s largest organization of combat veterans.
