The Town of Cooleemee’s proposed 2021-2022 Fiscal Year Budget was presented to the Cooleemee Town Board on May 17, 2021.  The proposed budget is balanced at $ 469,817.00.

The proposed budget includes a property tax rate of .42 cents per $ 100.00 if property valuation.  A copy of the budget proposal is available in the Town Hall at 131 Church St.,  Cooleemee, N.C. during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday- Friday.

Meeting Information

A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m., June 21, 2021, in the Board Room at the Cooleemee Town Hall, 131 Church St, Cooleemee, N.C., to receive public comments, either oral or written.  All citizens are welcome to comment on the budget proposal at this time. 

Following the Public Hearing, the Board may or may not take action on the proposed budget.
