The community center project has made significant progress over the last three weeks. During that time, we have finished laying all the foundation block and filling the block with concrete and additional rebar. We have also completed filling the foundation in preparation for pouring the pad for the community center. The video below shows that progress.
This week the rough plumbing and electrical work will begin to take place. With the pouring of the building pad the next week.
Our next big step will be on the week of 6/22 when we will begin to frame out the building.
The project is still on track for both our spending targets and for our October completion date.
