The Cooleemee Recreation Department is located at the Zachary House/Recreation Center and events are posted on the Cooleemee town calendar.

Cooleemee Recreation Department Mission Statement:

Our mission is to acquire, develop, operate and maintain a park and recreation system which enriches the quality of life for residents of Cooleemee, and preserves it for future generations.

The department also maintains sports equipment which may be checked out by Cooleemee residents at no charge.
